This policy explains how 3S Business Services collects and uses information for the Knockout Football Predictor Contest.

Information we collect

• Name, GCC mobile number, email address, prediction choices, score predictions, submitted date and time, and leaderboard score.

How we use it

• To accept contest entries, prevent duplicate entries, calculate scores, publish standings, contact winners, and manage prize fulfilment.
• To protect the contest from misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep a fair record of participation.

Who can see it

• The public scoreboard shows display name and score only. Mobile numbers and emails are not shown publicly.
• Authorised 3S Business Services administrators may access submitted details for contest operations and winner contact.

Storage and security

• We keep contest data only as long as needed for scoring, winner verification, prize fulfilment, audit, and reasonable business or legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of your entry details where reasonably possible, unless the information is needed for winner verification, fraud prevention, or legal and business records. Contact 3S Business Services through 3sbusinessme.com or bizcitygroup.com.

By submitting predictions, you agree to these terms for the Knockout Football Predictor Contest.

Eligibility

• Participation is for GCC residents only. A valid GCC mobile number is required.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must provide accurate details. 3S Business Services may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, automated, abusive, or suspicious entries.

Entry rules

• One entry per GCC mobile number per fixture day is accepted.
• Your mobile number is your identity in this contest. Using more than one mobile number to submit multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
• Predictions must be submitted before the entry window closes at the first listed kickoff for that fixture day.
• Each submitted fixture must include a winning team and both team scores. As these are knockout fixtures, draw predictions are not accepted.

Scoring

• A correct winner prediction earns 1 point per match.
• A correct exact score earns a 4-point bonus only when the winner prediction is also correct.
• Maximum score is 5 points per match. 3S Business Services' scoring records are final unless a clear technical or data error is confirmed.
• As these are knockout fixtures, results are decided including extra time and penalties, so every match has a winner and there are no draws.
• Ranking and tie-breaking: participants are ranked by total points. If two or more participants finish on equal total points, the higher rank is awarded to the participant who played on more fixture days; if still equal, to the participant who submitted their first prediction earliest.
• Final tie-breaker (random draw): if, after applying all of the above, two or more participants remain tied for one or more of the top 10 prize places, the winners among those tied participants will be selected by a random draw (lottery) conducted by 3S Business Services. The result of the random draw is final.
• Participants are encouraged to follow 3S Business Services on Instagram (@3sbusinessdubai). In the event of a tie, social engagement such as following our Instagram page may be considered as an additional factor at the organiser's discretion.

Prizes

• Prizes are intended for the top 10 ranked participants, subject to verification and availability.
• 1st place receives 10 grams of gold, 2nd place 5 grams of gold, and 3rd place 2 grams of gold.
• All top 10 participants also receive an AED 250 3S Business credit points voucher, redeemable for services at Biz City (bizcitygroup.com), as displayed on this page.
• Prizes are non-transferable unless approved by 3S Business Services, and no cash alternative is guaranteed.
• The AED 250 prize is issued as a 3S Business credit points voucher - a single-use credit redeemable for services at Biz City (bizcitygroup.com). It does not apply to government fees, bank charges, or any third-party costs, cannot be combined with other offers, carries no cash value and no change is given, and must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of issue.
• Winners are contacted using the mobile number, and email if provided, submitted with their entry. A winner who cannot be reached, or who does not respond and complete identity verification within 14 days of first contact, may forfeit the prize, which 3S Business Services may then award to the next eligible participant.
• Gold prizes are collected in person at the 3S Business Services office in Dubai (Dubai World Trade Centre), within the UAE, on presentation of valid photo identification and within the claim period. Any taxes, duties, or charges arising from a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

General

• 3S Business Services may update, pause, cancel, or modify the contest if required for technical, operational, fairness, or legal reasons.
• This is a fan engagement game by 3S Business Services. 3S Business Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or the FIFA World Cup.
